The paddle features a pronounced edge for the catch stage of each stroke, a flat surface for control throughout the stroke cycle, and a curved inner edge to improve the feel of the catch stage for breaststroke and backstroke swimmers. The wide outer edge promotes a better feel of the catch stage for freestyle and butterfly swimmers. This paddle is available in sizes S/M and M/L, and includes gloves with webbed fingers and an adjustable wrist closure for a secure fit.
