These oval head diagonal cutters offer unsurpassed cutting capacity covering a wide range of wire dimensions and types. They are ideal for wire harness work and standard printed circuit board assembly. Made from high performance alloy steel with a burnished finish, these cutters are ideal for high-stress applications and have a screw joint that minimises friction and maximises alignment of cutting edges. Numerically controlled machine grinding guarantees edge angle accuracy and contact, increasing the tools reliability and consistency. The edges are precision induction hardened to 63-65 HRC. Cutting capacity 0.1mm - 1.0mm of copper wire with a ultra-flush cut. The diagonal cutters are ESD safe. The two component ERGO handles have a thermoplastic surface on a tough polypropylene core for rigidity. The bio spring limits the tension throughout the working cycle of the tool and can be adjusted to three different positions or removed from the cutters completely.
