Precision Tapered Head diagonal cutters which are developed according to the scientific ERGO process.The ESD safe handles are a two-component combination with a thermoplastic surface for comfortable grip, on tough polypropylene core for rigidity. Creates a flush cut on copper wire between  0.1mm - 1.25mm.The blades are made from high performance alloy steel and have precision induction-hardened edges, 63-65 HRC.Numerically controlled machine grinding ensures edge angle accuracy and contact, increasing tool reliability and consistency. The screw joint minimises friction and maximises alignment of cutting edges.Bio spring limits tension through the working cycle of the tool and can be adjusted to three different positions or removed.Ideal for use on assembly work where accessibility is a consideration.
