The LeMieux Crystal Cooler Rug is a clever water-activated design that aids gentle cooling. It's best used in conjunction with other cooling methods. The rug's unique water-reactive crystals within the liner pockets swell and retain cold when soaked in water. The rug is not fully lined to aid in evaporation and breathability. The lightweight, breathable mesh shell fabric encourages airflow. Before first use, soak the rug for 4 hours to activate the crystals. For washing, use a mild, gentle cycle with a non-bio detergent at 30°C. Hang the rug out to air dry and reshape it while still damp. Do not iron or tumble dry the rug. Remove any loose debris, such as hair and dirt, before washing. For professional cleaning, we recommend it to increase the rug's longevity.
