Foot pump has two-stage hydraulics.This hydraulic cable cutter has an open head with quick coupling and a wide cutting range up to 105mm diameter.Head can rotate 360° when not pressurised.Manual retract as required.Hydraulic hose is two metres long (longer hoses can be purchased - see accessories below).The double handles help to create high ground stability for safe operation.
