Designed to strip the outer jacket of shielded twisted multi-conductor and round cables, accommodating diameters from 0.081" (2.06mm) to 0.180" (4.57mm) .The repeatable function of the tool reduces operator error and is up to 3 to 5 times faster than conventional wire stripping methods.Utilises removable and replaceable die sets with contoured cable tracks and carbide blade sets, allowing for precise wire stripping as needed. Die sets are available for cables with 1 to 4 inner conductors. Features blade adjustment knobs, enabling precise control over blade depth to accommodate variances in cable jacket thickness and lay length.Incorporates a zero friction ball bearing design with articulating arms, facilitating smooth operation and reducing operator fatigue during repetitive tasks. The concealed carbide blades eliminate risk of injury.Weighs approximately 0.81 lbs (0.37 kg) with dimensions of 1.75 inches wide and 9.75 inches tall, making it portable and suitable for both field and workshop environments. Meets MIL-DTL-32610 standards, ensuring suitability for aerospace and defence applications. Comes in a foam lined black polypropylene copolymer case, with a cable diameter gauge card, hex driver, quick start guide and spaces to store die sets.
