Hand operated Safe-T-Cable application tool with a 7 inch, low profile nose for use on .032" diameter Safe-T-Cable.The low profile nose is for use with low profile fasteners or elongated ferrules.This preset tool has a tension mechanism, which allows for single-handed use of the tool (after the cable is threaded through and into the tool).Multiple actuations of the tool handle will draw the cable into the tool until all slack is removed from the cable.Tension is preset in the DMC factory, so when the tool senses the correct tension, it will shift into the crimp-cut mode and complete the installation of the Safe-T-Cable on the next closure of the handle.Meets the following standards -AS3509AS3510AS3655AS4536AS567
