DMC HX4 Multi-Purpose C-Frame Crimp Tool - Mil-Spec M22520/5-01

Fully qualified to meet AS22520/5 standards, the HX4 supports an extensive range of interchangeable Y‑series hex dies including single, double and triple hexagonal dies (sold separately) This eliminates the need for separate fixed die crimp tools for each and every different application.This MIL-DTL-22520 qualified tool can be used to crimp a wide range of MS and proprietary co-axial and tri-axial connectors and contacts.Lightweight at just 610g and measuring 279mm in length, the HX4 offers nimble handling without sacrificing power. Built in ratchet ensures complete, repeatable crimp cycles for reliable results. The crimping dies are kept in place by internal spring clips. They may also be permanently secured when required by pressing a roll pin into the surrounding holes. Dies are also available for insulated and uninsulated terminal lugs, wire splices and end caps relating to M7928, MS17143, MS25036, MS25181, MS27429, MS25274, MS20659, M81824, MS21003 through MS21015, as well as commercial part numbers.With an extensive library of military grade die sets in multiple crimp styles, hexagonal, circular, indent, nest, B-crimp and more. The HX4 adapts as connector designs evolve. Proprietary and power contact dies are also available.
