DMC HX23 Pneumatic Open Frame Crimp Tool

Full die closure is assured on every crimp with this pneumatic tool.The internal cycle control network will not allow the tool to open until complete closure is obtained, ensuring a full complete crimp every time.When the tool is in the normal condition, the crimp dies are fully open where contact assemblies can be inserted.A touch of the foot valve releases the dies to a gripping position.When the operator is satisfied that the contact assembly is positioned correctly, another actuation of the same foot valve completes the crimp and quickly returns the die to the open position.Standard, clean, dry shop air at 80 PSI - 95 PSI is all that is required to operate this tool.This tool accommodates most M22520/5-XX military and DMC 'Y' series crimp dies and can also use existing dies and has interchangeability with M22520/5-01 (Astro 620175, DMC HX4) hand tool frames.Designed with safety in mind, with a transparent cover over the crimping area to prevent the user from getting their fingers trapped.
