The LaceLok cable tie tool is able to replace hand-tied lace and cable ties, reducing operator fatigue and repetitive strain injuries.Designed to operate in temperatures between -65°C to 260°C.Resistant to common chemicals found in hangars and around airplanes, such as hydraulic fluid, JP-8 jet fuel, lubricating oil, and isopropyl alcohol.The Lacelok tool is extremely easy to operate, with the operator wrapping Lacelok around a bundle, then squeezes the trigger 2-3 times to tighten, lock, and cut the excess lace.It is designed to terminate consistently at 20lbs (+/- 2lbs) of applied tension. The resulting loop force is controlled by the fastener, not the user.Qualified to MIL-Spec MIL-DTL-32554 and MIL-DTL-32555, as well as being approved as a secondary wiring support device for aerospace vehicles under SAE specification AS50881H.
