Bahco 2820VBC 9mm Diameter 1000V Insulated Bolt Cutters

These bolt cutters can be used on live equipment up to 1000 volts and have been dip-coated for insulation, which has a three-layer safety colour code. This means if they are damaged then the lighter colour underneath will become visible to warn the user that these bolt cutters are no longer safe to use on live equipment. There is an additional fourth layer on the handles for enhanced safety.These insulated bolt cutters have induction hardened cutting edges and long arms with a lever action head, making it easier to cut hard wires with less effort.For use on -80kg/mm² wire type  - diameter of 9mm120kg/mm² wire type  - diameter of 8mm160kg/mm² wire type  - diameter of 7mmThese bolt cutters have been tested to 10.000V for 10 seconds at the end of the manufacturing cycle.
