Insulated cable cutters designed to cut 22mm diameter live cable up to 1000V.These cable cutters are in accordance with IEC 60900 and are VDE certified.The head is made from high performance alloy steel, which is chrome plated and anti-corrosion treated finish.The handles have a three layer colour insulation coating, which indicates safety, danger or high danger. Plus a fourth layer in black to further protect handle edges. If the outer layer is damaged then this will be clear due to the fact the a different coloured layer underneath will be visible.
